Our lineup of high-performance Wire EDM machines allow us to cut complex geometries with tolerances as tight as +/- .0001”. We are capable of machining any hardened conductive material, such as stainless steel, titanium, carbide, and copper. 

With the availability of 5-axis Wire EDM technology, we are able to produce intricate parts which require multi-angle cuts and detailed features—all with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. 

Precision Sinker EDM Services

For applications that require blind cavities, sharp internal corners, or 3-D features, our Sinker EDM services provide the perfect solution. Sinker EDM allows us to create complex, high- tolerance shapes that cannot be achieved through traditional machining. 

Small Hole EDM Drilling

Start holes can be necessary for the ability to use certain machining processes while achieving the desired product. NJPT’s Small Hole Drilling EDM service allows us to drill precise holes with tolerances as tight as +/- .0015″ and diameters as small as .010″, even in the toughest materials. This capability is ideal for use in aerospace cooling channels, medical implants, and electronic components.
